FlipMySites.com & Flying Monkey Media, Inc have no liability whatsoever for any third party claims arising in connection with such advertisements or any products or services mentioned therein. FlipMySites.com & Flying Monkey Media, Inc are not responsible for ads placed herein that may be in violation of specific state regulations.
All transactions between sellers/advertisers and buyers are at their own risk.
Users
- FlipMySite User accounts are non-transferable.
- Listings must be linked directly to domain’s root url. No affiliate links.
- FlipMySite recommends caution and due diligence for all domain transactions.
Listings
- Once you’re a FlipMySites user you grant FlipMySites an unrestricted license to store, display and promote your listing.
- The advertiser/seller must have the right to list and intention to sell in good faith.
- The buyer should have the intention to buy in good faith.
- Revenue and traffic claims should be supported by screenshots, and buyers should take due diligence in verifying revenue and traffic claims before completing purchase.
- Listing titles must be factual and not claim any potential income or traffic.
- FlipMySites recommends buyers and sellers use an escrow service and sales contracts to protect both parties.
- FlipMySites reserves the right to correct, suspend or remove listings that violate these rules without refund of listing fees.
- All transactions between sellers/advertisers and buyers are at their own risk.
Comments
- Abusive or unhelpful comments will not be allowed.
- Accusation of inproprieties should be handled privately, if you wish to bring our attention to issues please contact us via our contact form.
Transactions/Offers
- Buyers and sellers may use the listing contact form to initiate communication.
- Buyers and sellers may use the comment system to make offers and communicate.
- Seller has sole discretion of whom they wish to sell to.
- Seller is not guaranteed the transaction upon the highest bid.
- FlipMySites is not an auction system. It is a classified advertising system.

Refunds
- Listing fees will be refunded as required by law, and at the discretion of FlipMySites.com
