Celtic Culture is a well established website that was started over 6 years ago. In this package for sale are also two other sites that make up the “family”. They are http://MyCelticTattoo whic gets over 2,000 Uniques per month and http://www.celticcultureblog.com which 1,00′s of views every month.

The Celtic Culture domain name alone has been appraised by two different companies to be worth in excess of $3,500 and the MyCelticTattoo domain name has been appraised at over $1,500 by two different companies.  I have never had the celticcultureblog domain name appraised.

Combined page views for all three sites exceeds 50k per month. Repeat visitors is in excess of 8,000 per month. By only running a few Adsense ads and selling a few eBooks each onth the sites consistently bring in over $100 per month average. This is higher in the September through April time frame and lower in the summer months. 

For a full price offer I will also give the complete code for all sites in Dreamweaver format along with all images. The only image exceptions are the Celtic symbols which I pay an annual fee to use on the site. The TOP 100 Celtic sites consistemtly ranks the Celtic Culture site in the top 5 or 6 month in and month out for years.

Currently there are over 500 quality inbound links to these sites (PR2 or better). Also the Celtic Culture site ranks in the top 10 for over 15 keywords. My Celtic Tattoo ranks in the top 10 for 4 keywords. All toll the two sites combined have over 50 keywords in the top 30 Google results.
