I haven’t done anything with the site aside from a few articles and clickbank promotions. They haven’t resulted in any real sales.
However it would make a good curation site for green energy. That’s probably the direction I will take with the domain.
The reason I priced the domain as I did, is because a one keyword domain with 200k searches and low competition is pretty rare.

Seriously dude…??! A site with only 500 monthly visitors..and your asking $1000 for it??
Yes dude…seriously. It’s a one word domain, six years old. Do you know how rare a one word .com domain is these days? It’s even in a hot niche with 201,000 global searches. I explained this in the listing.
If it were parked it would still be worth $1000 regardless of the visitors. We’ve got a lot of domains on Flip My Sites that I think are overpriced, but this isn’t one of them. Will I take less.. sure.. that’s why I added OBO.
To be honest when I launched FlipMySites.com I added it for filler.. Not sure I really want to sell it because of its value. As soon as I spend an hour on it, it will be at 5,000 visitors.
