It is high on page one at Google on searches for Northwest Arkansas or NW Arkansas. Add employment or real estate to the search, we’re up there too. The modest 6800 monthly visits are a bit deceiving, the Adsense is a perfect match to them, offering yet more links for local businesses. Besides the steady Adsense income, 25-100 dollars a month typically comes from IHSAdvantage, a hotel booking service (easily transferable).

I also receive 100 dollars annually for bold text links from 5-10 advertisers typically. These people have sought me out, not vice versa.

I’ve been selling browser-editable sites for $100 annually, though I have two long-term paying customers, this either needs to be more aggressively marketed or phased out, IMHO.

Any one of them could use this premiere domain name. Get it easily ranked on page one of Google for its keyword, and it’s worth a lot more. That’s what I planned to do, but too many projects right now.
